Search is judgement work. Understanding what a client needs, assessing people and deciding who to put forward are all done by people at 808 Talent. We use a small number of AI tools to help with the work around that.
Where we use it
- ▸Meeting notes. Fathom takes notes on our video calls. The person we're speaking with gets a copy of the notes too, and anyone can ask us not to use it.
- ▸Conferences and trade shows. Plaud records and transcribes some of our conversations, so we have an accurate record of what was discussed. We tell people before we record.
- ▸Research. ChatGPT helps us research companies, markets and the industry.
- ▸Our own materials. Claude helps us build this website and our presentations.
- ▸Our systems. Atlas, our CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter help us keep our records and find potential candidates.
What AI doesn't do
- ▸It doesn't decide who is shortlisted, put forward or hired.
- ▸It doesn't see CVs. We don't put them into ChatGPT or Claude. The CVs we hold come from candidates themselves, with their consent.
